‘Baby’ is back, and in a big way.

Jennifer Grey has been tearing it up on the dance floor all season on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ emerging as a fierce frontrunner and looking fabulously fit at 50 to boot.

But it’s a Monday night smackdown for the ‘Dirty Dancing’ star, who’s facing off against even stiffer competition: herself.

Jennifer Grey guest stars on tonight’s episode of ‘House,’ airing at the same time Grey and her ‘Dancing’ partner Derek Hough will be storming the ballroom on a mission for another perfect 10.

During her stay at Princeton-Plainsboro, Grey plays a new mother whose hospitalized infant causes a rift between her and her grown daughter. Elsewhere in the episode, called ‘Unplanned Parenthood,’ House needs Wilson’s help when he babysits Cuddy’s daughter Rachel. Who thought it was a good idea to leave Dr. McMeany alone with a child???
