Good news for fans of headstrong nurses and crooning, crime-solving Southern boys: TNT has ordered new seasons of both ‘HawthoRNe’ and ‘Memphis Beat.’

‘Memphis Beat,’ starring Jason Lee and Alfre Woodard, made its debut in June and emerged as one of ad-supported cable’s Top 5 series of the summer. Its second season will be comprised of 10 episodes to air sometime in 2011.

‘HawthoRNE,’ a medical drama starring and executive-produced by Jada Pinkett Smith, this past season was ad-supported cable’s No. 1 Tuesday program among women 25-54. Its third season will premiere sometime in 2011, with 10 new episodes.
