E! could be giving new meaning to the term ‘Bridezilla.’

The network has ordered 10 episodes of an extreme wedding-themed reality show in which brides battle it out for … plastic surgery.

In the marriage-minded makeover show, called the oh-so-catchy ‘Bridalplasty,’ a group of brides-to-be will compete in challenges, such as writing wedding vows and planning honeymoons, in an attempt to win the plastic-surgery procedure of her choice.

The women get to make a “wish list” of their ideal fixer-upper procedures, from eliminating “muffin tops to crooked noses to flat chests.” The winning wedding belle will immediately go under the knife and then ‘lift the veil’ on the big reveal to her family, friends and the groom–right there at the altar–when she gets her “dream wedding.”

“Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery,” E! said.

The blushing (and hopefully not bawling) bride will be in the hands of Dr. Terry Dubrow, the celebrity surgeon from 2004′s legendarily bad transformation reality show, ‘The Swan.’

Former Miss USA and reality star Shanna Moakler is set to host the show, which is scheduled to debut Sunday, Nov. 28th at 9 p.m./EST on E!

Who thinks this sounds like a terrible idea, raise your hands? What if the fiance hates her new face? Will the winner become a picture-perfect Mrs. … or end up looking like the Bride of Frankenstein? Would you take such a gamble on the biggest day of your life? Or would you do anything for a confidence-boosting–and free–makeover?
