Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from ‘Jersey Shore’ stopped by ‘The Tonight Show’ and chatted with Jay Leno a bit about ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ When asked who his biggest competition on the show was, he pointed to David Hasselhoff.

“I see some of the dancers practicing, and if I had to say somebody, I’d have to say the Hoff,” he said. “He’s really breaking it down.”

Leno also asked him about the tabloid talk that he used to be a male stripper, and Ol’ Sitch clarified that. “There’s actually strippers, right, and then there’s dudes who walk around with their shirts off and serve drinks. So I was the dude with his shirt off.” He also admitted he tried going on stage to strip once but didn’t like the costume. “My birthday’s on the Fourth of July, so they had some sort of Uncle Sam with a thong, and I wasn’t really feelin’ that. So I decided to demote myself to the water serving the drinks.”
