It’s a bad week for ‘Big Brother‘ star Britney Haynes.

The Arkansas home of the 23-year-old reality TV star was badly damaged in an early morning fire, reports TMZ.

Haynes’ house caught fire Wednesday morning, according to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, while her fiance Nick Grisham was still inside. He escaped uninjured and managed to rescue the couple’s two dogs.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation but is not considered suspicious. Some reports cite an unattended backyard grill as the source of the fire.

Haynes’ reality run went up in smoke last week when she was evicted from the ‘BB’ house after being cut off from the outside world for three months. She has since been sequestered in the ‘Jury House’–and, per the show’s rules, is still unaware of the tragedy back home.

The surprisingly tough ‘BB’ contestant was the last woman standing among three men; ‘the Brigade’ — Hayden, Lane and Enzo — battle it out in tonight’s two-hour season finale, airing from 9 to 11 p.m./EST on CBS.

‘Big Brother,’ which CBS calls “our summer hero,” has already been renewed for a 13th edition to air in summer 2011.
