Niecy Nash is getting married.

The comedian is engaged to her boyfriend Jay Tucker, according to ‘Entertainment Tonight.’ The couple, who’ve been together for a year, are planning a spring wedding in May 2011.

“I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man,” Nash, 40, told ‘ET.’ “I love you so much.”

The former ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ contestant announced the surprise engagement to friends and family over Labor Day weekend.

“Falling in love was the easy part, planning a wedding — yikes!” Nash also joked to ‘ET.’

It’s the second marriage for the ‘Clean House‘ host, who has three children with her first husband, minister Don Nash, whom she divorced in 2007.
