The Big Bang Theory‘ is setting its phasers on Stun The Sci-Fi Fans, with the double-booking of ‘Star Trek’s George Takei and ‘Battlestar Galactica’s Katee Sackhoff in a single episode.

How will these two sci-fi vets’ worlds Hadron collide with the CBS hitcom’s gaggle of geeks? Well, Sackhoff’s appearance is actually an encore – she has previously guested as herself, a physical embodiment of unlucky-in-love Wolowitz’s conscience.

Sackhoff-as-Sackhoff will again tutor Howard (played by Simon Helberg) in the ways of woo when his relationship with Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) hits a new snag.

Takei likewise will appear as himself, a second out-of-this-world source of counsel for Howard, Prady tells AOL’s TV Squad.
