For adult women, Julia Roberts is back in a touching story indulging the fantasy of having enough money to take a year off to go gallivanting around the world in Eat Pray Love. For adult men, we’ve got the biggest amalgamation of action heroes ever gathered in one place to kick crazy amounts of ass and blow everything to high heaven with The Expendables. Then, for anyone who has ever played a video game in their lives, there’s the innovative new Edgar Wright movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, which is definitely something you have never seen before. Julia Roberts stars in this adaptation of the popular book as Liz Gilbert, a woman who finds herself at a loss once her dreams of domestic bliss are shattered by a painful divorce, so she sets off to try and find herself by traveling to Italy, India and Bali, and along the way learns more about herself than she ever expected.

In Edgar Wright’s (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) innovative adaptation of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s graphic novel series, Michael Cera stars as Scott Pilgrim, a kid in a rock band called Sex Bob-Omb, who suddenly finds himself obsessed with Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) once he meets her after dreaming about her. The trouble is that Ramona’s love can’t be won without defeating her Seven Evil Exes in battle, including Chris Evans, Brandon Routh and Jason Schwartzman. He also has to deal with the fact that the high school girl he was reluctantly dating, Knives Chau (Ellen Wong), is still obsessed with him despite being dumped, and she’ll fight for what she wants, too.
