TOP PICK:Covert Affairs‘ (10pm on USA)

It’s part ‘Alias,’ part ‘Bourne Identity’ and all fun. USA’s newest series premieres tonight and should be a great addition to their stable of hits.

In USA’s newest original series, we meet Annie Walker (Piper Perabo), a young CIA trainee who is suddenly thrust into the inner sanctum of the agency after being promoted to field operative. While it appears that she has been hand-picked for her exceptional linguistic skills, it may be something from her past that her CIA bosses are really after.

KEY EPISODE:The Hills‘ (10pm on MTV)

It’s the end of an era. Say a last goodbye to Kristin, Audrina, Lo and the rest as this seminal MTV series signs off for good. But the big question is will we see Heidi and Spencer one last time? They’ve been MIA on the series for over a month.

In the series finale, Audrina finally moves on from Justin, while Kristin considers a major life change. But will Brody be part of that change? Also, Lo considers taking the next step with her man.

WATCH:Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List‘ (10pm on Bravo)

Kathy takes a stand as she heads to D.C. to demand the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”

The Human Rights Campaign honors Kathy with an award, which motivates her to go to Washington D.C. in support of overturning “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” but in typical Kathy fashion, things get a little out of hand when she meets with Congress.

DVR:White Collar‘ (9pm on USA)

The super-suave Neal Caffrey is back for an all-new season.

Neal Caffrey and crew are back for a second season at a brand-new time tonight at 9pm. In the premiere, an elusive master thief has targeted a handful of New York’s most prestigious banks, and it’s up to Peter and Neal to thwart his next heist.

DVR:Pretty Little Liars‘ (8pm on ABC Family)

What will the mysterious A pull tonight?

The homecoming decorating committee is knee deep in balloons, and girls are jockeying for position to be the queen, while the four friends just try to stay afloat. Dealing with heartbreak, a boyfriend’s virginity pledge and a vengeful sister all take a backseat when one girl makes a shocking homecoming date choice that puts her in a possibly sticky situation. Will the girls be able to protect one of their own, or will the evening turn out to be a night they can never forget?
