Hollywood Gossip Alert: Sandra Bullock kisses and tells.
Bullock was the belle of the ball at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards Sunday night, and the highlight of the show, besides the radiant star’s return to the public eye, was her surprise smooch on stage with starlet Scarlett Johansson.
“Ryan is right — Scarlett is a great kisser,” Bullock told UsMagazine.com after the awards.
Johansson, 25, was on hand to present Bullock, 45, with the Generation Award, along with Bradley Cooper (who costarred with Bullock in ‘All About Steve’) and Betty White (Bullock presented White’s Lifetime Achievement recognition at the SAG awards in January). Scarlett was filling in for husband Ryan Reynolds, Bullock’s costar in ‘The Proposal,’ who couldn’t make it.
And boy did Reynolds miss out, since his two leading ladies decided to make out (sort of). Acknowledging Bullock and Reynold’s nomination for Best Kiss, Johansson said, “I thought you should have won … it was a great kiss.”
That prompted Bullock to plant one on Johansson and then joke, “Can we please go back to normal – because therapy is really expensive.”

For the record, neither Sandra and Ryan, nor Sandra and Scarlett, won ‘Best Kiss’ — that went to ‘Twilight’s Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, along with just about every other award.
Keeping it classy, funny and honest, Bullock also addressed her recent personal troubles (Bullock’s marriage to Jesse James fell apart in March) during her acceptance speech:
“One, I’m not dead. Two, everyone has cellulite, not just me. Paparazzi need more flattering lenses. And whoever established the high road and how high it should be should be fired.” Bullock also added, “No matter what you might have seen or heard or read lately, I love what I do. And I’m not going anywhere.”
Welcome back, Sandra.
