The three leads of CBS’ high-rated ‘The Big Bang Theory’ are seeking a 285 percent pay raise for Season 4. If you’re waiting for a “Bazinga!,” it ain’t coming.

As first reported by Forbes.com, Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco are aiming to renegotiate their $65,000-per-episode arrangement to a cool quarter mil.

But as of late July, talks were stalled, with CBS reportedly upping their payday to “just” $100,000 per episode.

Asked for an update on the sitch, CBS entertainment president Nina Tassler told Fancast, “I’m feeling good that things will work out. We have a wonderful partnership with Warner Bros. [TV] – we saw how [the talks with Charlie Sheen of] ‘Two And A Half Men’ worked out – and I think we’ll continue along those lines.”

In the trio’s favor are ‘Big Bang’s boffo numbers from the past season, where in a new Mondays-at-9:30 slot it repeatedly set new all-time highs and at least once even bested lead-in ‘Two and a Half Men.’

For the season, ‘Big Bang’ emerged as the top-rated comedy in the coveted 18-to-49 demographic and is generating more Emmy buzz than ever, in the Best Comedy race as well as for Parsons.

So white-hot is the comedy that CBS deemed it capable of anchoring the Thursday-night line-up come this fall.

As further testament to ‘Big Bang’s longterm value, the show recently got sold into syndication for a reported $2 million per episode.

Both CBS and Warner Brothers TV, which produces ‘Big Bang Theory,’ declined to comment on the Forbes.com story.

What do you think, ‘Big Bang’ fans? Are all of the three leads deserving of a richer payday, given the show’s growing success?
