'Jersey' girl Snooki will work the red carpet at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards (MTV)

The Sunday, June 6, broadcast of the MTV Movie Awards will bring much Jersey to Hollywood, thanks to heaping doses of the ‘Jersey Shore’ cast.

Starting at 8/7c, MTV will present the ‘Jersey Shore Blow-Out At The MTV Movie Awards” pre-show, in which the entire cast of ‘Jersey Shore’ tries not to drip spray tan on the red carpet. You also will quite possibly will sleeveless tuxedos on the beefcakey boys, though I am just spit-balling here.

‘Jersey Shore’s Atlantic City Auditions Are a Bust

As part of the pre-show, Pauly, Jenni et al will “be on hand to present the world with the first 10 minutes of ‘Jersey Shore’ Season 2,” trumpets MTV’s press release. Yes, it is as if they are unveiling the polio vaccine.

MTV viewers will also be treated to the premiere of an actual music video (!) – “I Like It,” performed by Enrique Iglesias featuring Pitbull and starring (duh) the cast of ‘Jersey Shore.’

‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Requires Police Protection

Lastly, from the pages of “Heaven Help Us All” magazine, Snooki herself will join MTV Newsers Sway and Tim Kash on the red carpet, serving as a guest correspondent. Because really, someone has to ask the tough questions about acrylics versus gel tips.
