TOP PICK:24‘ (8pm ET on Fox)

It’s finally time to say good-bye to Jack Bauer and that ever present ticking clock. In tonight’s series finale, the stakes couldn’t be any higher as our hero races to expose the Russian conspiracy. We’re not sure how this turns out, but with a feature film looming, it’s a good bet our boy Jack makes it out alive. But what about Chloe?

After eight seasons and 194 hours, the inventive and suspenseful 24, which has been nominated for 68 Emmys, reaches its historic conclusion. In a special two-hour television event, emotions run high as the harrowing day climaxes with resolute President Taylor closing in on a world-changing peace treaty and a vengeful Jack Bauer taking matters into his own hands for one last and unforgettable job.

KEY EPISODE:The Bachelorette‘ (8pm ET on ABC)

Ali missed out on nabbing the ‘Risky Business’ loving Bachelor Jake last season, but is back on her own terms in the season premiere of ‘The Bachelorette’. And what I’m sure will be the “most dramatic rose ceremony ever,” right Chris Harrison?

Ali Fedotowsky has finally decided to risk it all for love. The energetic and charismatic career-oriented woman from San Francisco has re-prioritized her life – and now love comes out on top. She will have her own opportunity to find her soul mate when she stars in the sixth edition of ‘The Bachelorette.’

WATCH:10 Things I Hate About You‘ (8pm on ABC Family)

This show never really got a fair shake, and tonight is the one-hour series finale. Say good-bye to Kat, Bianca and Patrick while you still can.

Kat makes plans to study abroad in Nepal, while Cameron expresses his love for Dawn in a poem. Elsewhere, Bianca quits cheerleading to support a dethroned Chastity.

DVR:Law & Order‘ (10pm on NBC)

After 20 unforgettable seasons, the show that defined an era and launched the popularity of the procedural genre is ending with tonight’s series finale. Don’t cry too much for creator Dick Wolf though, he still has ‘Law and Order: SVU,’ ‘Law and Order: Criminal Intent’ going strong, and ‘Law and Order: Los Angeles’ will premiere in the Fall on NBC.

When Lieutenant Anita Van Buren discovers a blog site featuring video of an alarming amount of explosives, Detective Cyrus Lupo and Detective Kevin Bernard race against time to find the anonymous blogger before plans to blow up a school are put into action.

DVR:CSI: Miami‘ (10pm ET on CBS)

It’s the season finale and the CSIs are in major jeopardy – in fact one of them will no longer be with us after tonight. Any bets on who meets the Grim Reaper?

A serial killer taunts the CSIs by leaving them cryptic hints, and the longer it takes them to decode these puzzles, the higher the death toll rises, on the eighth season finale.
