TOP PICK:Lost‘ (Sunday 9pm ET on ABC)

After six glorious seasons, one of the best shows of the decade ends its run Sunday night with a special 2.5 hour series finale. And then stay tuned to ABC at midnight for a special ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ for a special “Aloha to Lost” – with many of the cast, as well as three alternate endings to the show.

It’s the final showdown between Fake Locke and Jack and the rest of the castaways, for control of the island. How will it all end? What questions will be answered? And most importantly, will it have a better final image than the controversial ‘The Sopranos’ blackout scene?

KEY EPISODE:The Celebrity Apprentice‘ (Sunday 9pm ET on NBC)

With the sad news that Bret Michaels has suffered another setback, we are not sure what will happen during Sunday’s live finale. Will the rocker still be able to make an appearance?

Live from the Skirball Center in New York City, Mr. Trump will decide this season’s winner of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ after first revealing who did the best job on the last task. In the final moments of this task, one of the finalists scrambles to finish in time, while the other is forced to soldier on alone after being left in the lurch when a helper suddenly leaves.

WATCH:Family Guy‘ (Sunday 9pm ET on Fox)

This season finale was previously only available on DVD, but now we can all watch and enjoy for free – the show’s second, silly but hysterical journey into the Star Wars world.

In the one-hour season finale, ‘Family Guy’s’ homage to the “Star Wars” saga continues with a retelling of “The Empire Strikes Back” in the “Something, Something, Something Dark Side, Parts 1 and 2″ season finale episode.

DVR:The Ghost Whisperer‘ (Friday 8pm ET on CBS)

It’s the series finale – as this show was canceled this week by CBS. But all hope might not be lost – there are rumors ABC (which produces the show) will pick it up. Fingers crossed!

Melinda’s investigation of a poltergeist in the hospital leads to a showdown with supernatural forces terrorizing her and her son.

DVR:Medium‘ (Friday 9pm ET on CBS)

This Friday night hit was saved by cancellation from NBC last year and thrived in its timeslot. Unlike ‘Ghost Whisperer,’ this show will be back again for sure in the fall.

When Allison’s brain tumor resurfaces, its aftermath could have life-altering consequences for her friends and family, on the sixth season finale.
