TLC’s ‘Kate Plus 8‘ is A-OK to premiere in June, now that the Pennsylvania Dept. of Labor and Industry has cleared Kate Gosselin‘s gaggle of munchkins to appear on the ‘Jon & Kate’ spin-off.

“The proper steps have been taken and the kids are permitted for ‘Kate Plus 8,’” a spokesperson for the Dept. of Labor told TMZ after all the necessary paperwork had been approved.

Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, Joel and twins Cara and Mady, however, won’t necessarily be punching a clock for Mom’s other TLC series, ‘Twist of Kate.’ There, Gosselin will travel cross-country to counsel other mothers who are facing extraordinary life challenges. No paperwork has been filed asking that Kate’s brood be allowed on-camera for that one.
