In a revealing new interview with Women’s Health magazine, Jillian Michaels, fitness guru on ‘The Biggest Loser,’ opens up everything from bodies and babies to boys … and girls.

After struggling with being an overweight teen, Jillian confesses she has no desire to put her body through the physical stresses of pregnancy and childbirth. Michaels, who, at 5″2 is a hard-bodied 120 lbs., admits to Women’s Health she favors adoption as a way to start a family.

“I’m going to adopt. I can’t handle doing that to my body,” she tells the magazine. “Also, when you rescue something, it’s like rescuing a part of yourself.”

Adoption isn’t the only similarity between the fitness trainer and Ms. Jolie. Michaels also reveals that she doesn’t have a concrete sexual preference, and that she is open to love in whatever form it appears.

She has dated both men and women, and has found that romance is possible with both sexes. “I’ve been in love with both [men and women],” she divulges to the mag.

Although she is currently embroiled in a lawsuit over the effectiveness of her endorsed weight loss supplements, it seems Michaels is taking it all in stride and living life according to her rules.
