Did Hayden Panettiere just pull a ‘Felicity‘? The 21-year-old actress has chopped off all of her hair.

The ‘Heroes‘ star debuted a new super-short ‘do Thursday at an Earth Day celebration and benefit screening of James Cameron’s ‘Avatar.’ Panettiere walked the red carpet with her Ukrainian heavyweight boxer beau, Wladimir Klitschko (who’s 14 years her senior).

Hayden’s had a few bold ‘mane’ events recently; last month she dyed her long blonde locks a shocking shade of red.
