A family who indulge their three real children and whose mother has a collection of 14 plastic dolls — called reborn babies — swap with a strict family who are trying to instill a strong work ethic in their three boys by having them work at the family’s coffee shop and hot dog stand, on the season premiere.

WATCH:Miami Medical‘ (10pm ET on CBS)

It’s the series premiere of ‘Miami Medical,’ about a team of expert surgeons who thrive on the adrenaline rush of working at one of the premiere trauma facilities in the country while drawing upon their wit and irreverence to survive on the edge. In tonight’s pilot, the Alpha Team is aided by a new surgeon after the head of their unit goes AWOL and a restaurant explosion floods the halls of the hospital with victims.
