Current ‘Amazing Race‘ cast member Louie Stravato has been linked to a drug investigation after a sting operation cracked a cocaine ring run by cops, reports TMZ.

Stravato’s name surfaced in connection with a cocaine distribution scheme after a four-month sting operation by Rhode Island State Police.

Three officers were arrested in the bust, but Stravato was not one of them, says TMZ. He is one of the four officers who has been assigned to desk duty while Internal Affairs investigates.

Stravato, pictured left, is among the Season 16 contestants racing around the world for $1 million on the CBS reality show.

One half of the ‘Detectives Team,’ the 47-year-old undercover Rhode Island police officer is partnered with his friend and fellow cop Michael Naylor.

CBS has not commented on the story at this time.
