Someone is going after the ‘Dawg’ of ‘American Idol.’

Randy Jackson is being accused of stealing the idea for ‘America’s Best Dance Crew,’ according to TMZ.

Dwight McGhee claims he pitched a series called ‘International Breakerz League’ to MTV back in 2004 – and the ‘American Idol’ judge and MTV took his idea and ran with it.

McGhee, who is suing MTV and Jackson, says both show ideas are “uncannily similar.” He also claims that he struck an “implied” contract with the network and is asking for $2,000,000 from both parties.

MTV/Jackson have not yet released a statement.
