More than the start of a new decade will be making twentysomethings feel old today thanks to a realization from TV’s ‘Blossom‘ star Mayim Bialik — she tells The New York Post, “kids have no clue who I am.”

After disappearing from the pop culture scene, Bialik is ready to jump back into teens’ minds by appearing on hit shows ‘Til Death‘ and ‘The Secret Life of The American Teenager.’

Bialik’s turn on ‘Secret Life’ kicks off tonight on ABC Family with the former teen-star playing a high school guidance counselor with a checkered past while her ‘Til Death’ (Fox) role has the actress playing herself.

“I am trying to see if the industry would like to see me as an adult actress and not as a teenager,” she told The Post.

Sadly missing from Bialik’s new career trajectory is word of re-teaming with her ‘Blossom’ brother Joey Lawrence, as his character’s “woah” catch phrase would surely help push twentysomethings that much closer to old age.

Just last year the actress popped up on TLC’s ‘What Not To Wear‘ after she was surprised on the streets of New York and given a “mommy makeover.”
