The Parents Television Council (PTC) is sounding off against an upcoming ‘Gossip Girl‘ episode, which will feature a threesome.

The organization, best known for sparking the Janet Jackson indecency controversy with the FTC, has asked 120 CW affiliates around the country to preempt the episode, B&C reports.

It has also asked its members to assist in the boycott. “I appeal to your highest sense of decency, respect and common sense in urging you to preempt this episode,” wrote PTC President Tim Winter in a strongly worded letter.

The median age of ‘Gossip Girl’ is 27 (the CW’s is 33) and the show was given a TV-14 rating.

The threesome news was first reported by EW, but no word yet on what characters will take part.
