The sure-fire, slam-dunk, can’t miss new hit of the fall, ‘NCIS: Los Angeles‘ premieres tonight at 9pm ET on CBS, after the season premiere of the show it spun off from, the insanely popular ‘NCIS.’ Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J headline the new series, which promises to take all the successful ingredients of the flagship show, with a twist. Chances are, if you love ‘NCIS,’ you’re going to enjoy this one as well. And CBS has a lot of faith in the show, launching it right after the premiere of the original. Now the only question left is, presuming the show is a hit, can ‘NCIS: Dallas’ or ‘NCIS: San Diego’ be far behind? (Watch clips of ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ right here).

The Perfect Schedule (Tuesday September 22)

8pm ET: NCIS‘ (CBS) It’s the season premiere, and we find out exactly what happened to Ziva.
9pm ET: Warehouse 13‘ (Syfy) It’s the season finale for this summer hit, and no one is safe as rogue former agent MacPherson unleashes his deadly plan.
10pm ET: The Good Wife‘ (CBS) Julianna Margulies returns to TV as a woman who stand by her politician husband after he’s caught in a scandal.

Tomorrow Night:

ABC is premiering two hot new series tomorrow night, ‘Modern Family‘ and ‘Cougar Town.’ ‘Modern Family’ is getting a lot of buzz for its portrayal of three vastly different families that are all tied together. This show gives hope for the modern day sitcom. Courteney Cox is back on TV starring in ‘Cougar Town,’ about, ahem, a woman of a certain age that is attracted to (and attracting) younger men. ABC is taking a bit of a risk with all new series on Wednesday nights, but with shows like these, the risk might pay off.
