Tonight’s Must-Watch Show
Dance Your Ass Off – 10pm on Oxygen

If you haven’t checked out ‘Dance Your Ass Off,’ what are you waiting for? Marissa Jaret Winokur hosts one of the most fun, addictive hours on TV this summer in which overweight contestants look to shed pounds by dancing and dieting. In tonight’s episode, the final five get surprise visits from family members, and tackle songs from the ’80s. Do I feel some Cyndi Lauper and Duran Duran coming on?

Monday Sizzlers:
Top Gear, BBC America at 8pm

Top Gear‘ revs back to BBC America tonight for its season seven premiere, and gearheads and non-car people alike should definitely tune in. Cars both ordinary and extraordinary are taken to the the extreme to see how they measure up. Hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May open the new season on the Isle of Man, where they try out the Porsche 911 Carrera S and the BMW M6. Are these fine German machines as souped up and powerful as they claim? This no boring car show – so strap on your seat belt and get ready for a wild ride.

Jon & Kate Plus 8: 9pm on TLC

Meanwhile, back on the Gosselins’ TV world, Kate takes the boys to explore the USS North Carolina battleship. Keeping up with appearance is also very important, as KG takes Joel, Colin and Aaden to get haircuts. (Oh who are we kidding, you know you’re going to also tune in to E! News tonight at 7pm for the one-hour special airing featuring a talk with Jon’ girlfriend Hailey Glassman.)
