TV Guide has released its list of TV’s highest-paid stars with, once again, Charlie Sheen topping the list.
While Kiefer Sutherland tops the list as the highest paid drama star at $550,000 per episode, Sheen, star and part owner of the CBS comedy ‘Two and a Half Men,’ is paid $875,000 per – making him the richest actor on television.
Tied at a paltry $400,000 per episode are Hugh Laurie, star of ‘House,’ and ‘Law & Order’ co-stars Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni.
Marg Helgenberger (‘CSI’) comes in at $390,000 per episode.
On cable, ‘The Closer’ star Kyra Sedgwick gets $275,000 per show, Denis Leary gets $250,000 per for FX’s ‘Rescue Me’ and Glenn Close earns $200,000 per episode for ‘Damages.’
The August 10th issue of TV Guide is on newsstands today.
