Actress Jamie Pressly is engaged – again!

The sexy actress, who stars on ‘My Name Is Earl,’ accepted a proposal earlier in the week from entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, Us magazine reported exclusively.

According to the magazine: Pressly and Singh checked into the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego Thursday. She told a friend in the lobby, “Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged,” a witness says.

Pressly was engaged for two years to S.K.A.M. Artist DJ Eric Cubiche, the father of her two-year-old son. They split last November.

According to her rep, Pressly and Singh have not set a wedding date.
