Shots Fired At Dog The Bounty Hunter

Shots were fired Tuesday night at Dog the Bounty Hunter when he and a cohort tried to nab a man wanted on attempted murder chargers after his bail had been revoked.

Duane Chapman, the star of the popular A&E TV series ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter‘, and a bail bondsman, Bobby Brown, were shot at around 7:15 p.m. Tuesady by murder suspect Hoang Nguyen at an apartment complex where they were trying to take the 35-year-old into custody, according to Colorado Springs police. Nguyen then got away on a motorcycle.

Apparently Chapman and Brown were also armed – with paintball guns. However, Chapman took Nguyen into custody without incident at 1 a.m. on Wednesday. Apparently everything but the gunfight was captured on tape for Chapman’s show.

Chapman will next be seen with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on NBC’s reality series ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here,” which films later this summer in Costa Rica.
