Debra Messing will return to NBC.

The ‘Will & Grace’ and ‘The Starter Wife’ star has snagged her own show on the network. She will play a mother who loses her job as corporate CEO and has to take on the role of a full-time, stay-at-home mom.

The pilot will reunite Messing with ‘Starter Wife’ producers Josann McGibbon and Sara Parriott, who are also penning the series.

The yet-unnamed show was originally at the center of a bidding war between ABC and NBC.
