Touchdown for the Dillon Panthers.

And fans can start doing back flips: ‘Friday Night Lights’ has officially been renewed.

NBC and DirectTV have worked out a deal to bring back the critically praised series for two—and presumed final—seasons featuring 13 episodes each.

The episodes will first air on DirectTV before premiering on NBC, as they did this year.

Most of the cast is expected to return, including of course Coach Taylor and his wife Tami (Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton). Minka Kelly, whose character graduated, won’t be a series regular, but you can still expect Lyla to pop up for a few episodes.

Find out why the family drama about a small-town high-school football team, now in its third season, is so beloved by its loyal following—watch full episodes of ‘FNL’ here.
