G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is due out on August 7, 2009, aiming to capitalize on the massive success of its 1980s cartoon-cum-movie juggernaut Transformers and its June sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This time, there’s no Michael Bay involved, but rather Stephen Sommers, who also directed the first two Mummy movies and 2004′s Van Helsing. Six new posters for G.I. Joe have just been released, featuring Sienna Miller as The Baroness, Rachel Nichols as Scarlett, Ray Park as Snake-Eyes and more. Check them out after the jump!
