Hey, everyone, sorry for the late post. I’ve been incredibly busy today – and every day. Ha, ha.

So about last night. I don’t know what the judges were watching or thinking. I don’t know what they had a problem with. I think they simply had it in for Cody and didn’t want him to make the finals. I thought he did a great job. I went and watched the dances again and he was awesome. I thought he should have had much better scores and better comments.

Not that he needs any defense, but it was hard to learn two dances this week, on top of the fact it was the first week we were back together. He has been really emotional. That was apparent last week when we talked to Dr. Drew. Cody’s also really tired. It’s been 13 weeks since we started this whole thing. He’s exhausted.

I just don’t think the judges got it last night. You can tell, I can’t figure out what they were looking at. I feel like they haven’t been nice to us this whole season. Cody has been trying so hard. But he doesn’t seem to be able to anything right for the judges. I feel bad for him.

As for tonight, I’m nervous going into the show. I think it might be our last night. Cody’s 18 and this is probably the biggest thing he’s done. I think the opportunities are just going to flow to him. I think this is going to be a big thing in his life and his career. He’s done an awesome job. I don’t think he could’ve done anything more. No matter what happens, I’m so proud of him.

Before I got, I want to get back to some of you who’ve written in.

Heather, thanks for asking about my dad. He’s doing great. He’s up and back to work. He still signing his emails Love your dad, the gimp. I’m doing Christmas in Washington, a big special that will be on TNT, and I invited him to come to Washington with me. He loves politics and all of that.

Kitty, you wanted to know if there’s anyone I haven’t met that I want to. I’m sure there is, but I feel like I met so many people last week at the CMAs. I had the best time interviewing all the stars and meeting everyone who inspired mewhile I was growing up. Like Reba. Actually, she came up to me and asked how I was feeling. She was concerned – and so sweet. I kind of couldn’t believe she knew who I was. It flustered me a little. But it was fun.

And inside, Kenny Loggins was sitting behind me. He said excuse me, but I’m such a big fan of yours. I said, Are you kidding? You’re Kenny Loggins. I was blown away. It was fun. I’m like their biggest fans and they’re coming up to me. It’s weird.

Just being there was awesome, an awesome experience. It was so refreshing getting back there and being in that scene. It was good to get away from LA.

I had a blast.

Donna and everyone else who say they voted for me and Cody – multiple times: Thanks for your support!

Elizabeth, the routine with my brother wasn’t taped. It was live, and that night , in fact, was the first time I’d gone all-out since my operation. What’s funny is that Derek and I choreographed that routine in about 20 minutes. We did it the night before. I don’t know how we do it so quickly. When we work together, we don’t talk about what we’re going to do. We just start dancing. It kind of naturally falls into place. We don’t have to think. It was fun.

Jennifer: Yesterday was your 16th birthday? Happy birthday! I don’t think I even celebrated my 16th birthday. I don’t think I had time to celebrate my 16th birthday. I hope you had a great day.

Talk to you tomorrow.

Julianne
