The Bachelorette: (ABC, 8 PM) DeAnna has been careful in love after her Brad Womack heartbreak heard round the world, but on tonight’s finale its decision time. Both Jesse and Jason claim to be head-over-heels, and we already know that she’s engaged to someone, but maybe the return of an ousted former contestant might reignite flames back in that direction? Elvis Mitchell: Under the Influence: (TCM, 8 PM) Film critic Mitchell shoots and scores big in this new series, kicking it off tonight with a pointed and touching Sydney Pollack interview, one of the last before his death in May.

How’d That Get on My Plate?: (Food Network, 9:30 PM) The process on how to turn whole foods into snack foods is revealed. Michael Pollan gives it two green thumbs down.

Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: (Travel, 10 PM) Tony’s never met a bottle of moonshine he didn’t like. Even in Laos.

Weeds: (Showtime, 10 PM) When one Bubbie closes, another Doug opens.
