Kristen Johnston is in the news this week because of surprising photos that surfaced which showed a severely slimmed-down Kristen. Sixty pounds lighter, to be exact. How did she do it? She laid off the booze and the pizza. Good for Kristen! But did she do it the healthy way? And is she too skinny now?
She added that her TV schedule was a big player in her unhealthy eating patterns: “After a show, you’re so hopped up you have a couple of drinks with friends,” she said to People. “Yeah, I’ll stay for another round!
