Got $35 million lying around? Me neither, but I bet someone does, and maybe that someone is a 49ers fan, or likes fine California wines, or homegrown olives.

Joe Montana, the NFL Hall of Fame quarterback who won four Super Bowls with the San Francisco 49ers, has put his Villa Montana estate, in Calistoga (Napa country), up for sale.

The asking price is, you guessed it, $35 million, which USA Today estimates to be roughly $129,943 in monthly mortgage payments.

The Score.com has photos of the place. As you can imagine it’s nicer than the home you’re walking around in now.

From USA Today:

“The 500-acre estate includes a 9,700-square-foot home with a stone exterior and tile roof, plus: a guest house, caretakers unit, pool and spa, private pond and basketball court.

“For the well-rounded athlete, there’s also a bocce ball court, a skeet shooting range, and a professional grade equestrian stable that’s fit for Triple Crown winners.

“And for martini drinkers, please note there’s an olive farm, too.”

Triple Crown winners can apply here.
