The most impressive commercial to air during last Sunday’s Super Bowl XLVIII telecast was only seen by a fraction of the record-setting 111 million viewers.

Amid high-profile ads from the likes of Doritos, Budweiser and Radio Shack, football fans in Georgia were treated to a halftime commercial from personal injury lawyer Jamie Casino, who purchased a full two minutes of local ad time.

The autobiographical spot, which marries the action of a Michael Bay film and the iconography of John Woo classics, explains how Casino turned his criminal defense practice into a personal injury firm following the murder of his brother in 2012. In the commercial, Casino says he decided he could no longer defend “villains” and blasts the local police who cast doubt on his brother’s innocence.

“I speak for innocent victims who cannot speak for themselves,” he grumbles over a wailing guitar riff.

Casino’s ad became an instant viral hit as social media lit up with images of the leather-clad lawyer – surrounded by flames, of course – driving a sledgehammer through a tombstone.  Check out the buzz-worthy commercial below.
