On wearing makeup:
“When I put on makeup, I’m always reminding myself that less is more. There is Playboy hot, and there is granola hot. Right now? I feel like I am in between.”

On her makeunder:
“Growing up it was just makeup galore. Now I’m more make-under than makeover.” Later: “As a professional dancer, I was constantly in full makeup with my hair curled. I always had extensions and a fake tan. It was an adjustment when I stopped wearing so much stage makeup. I kept thinking, I am so pale! I need my fake tan! Now!”

On meeting Ryan Seacrest:
“I was reluctant because he is such an influential guy, and what if it didn’t work out.” Later: “I’m very in love, and it feels great. I feel like I’m more comfortable in my own skin. You see me instead of all the makeup and hair.”

On loving good wine:
“I’m 20 pounds heavier than I was when we started dating. And now we always have great wine, and I can tell the difference. So I told him, ‘You ruined my life because I can’t go to a friend’s house and drink cheap wine anymore.’”
