Just days after Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital for ‘exhaustion,’ L.A. officials plan to release an edited version of her 911 call, according to the Los Angeles Times. The call, made from Moore’s home on Monday, will be altered to remove medical and drug details, to comply with privacy laws.

TMZ reported that Moore was hospitalized after suffering a bad reaction to nitrous oxide, or ‘whip-its.’ She reportedly relapsed into semi-consciousness and showed symptoms of a seizure before dialing 911.

Moore, 49, who split with her husband Ashton Kutcher in November, is taking time to focus on her health: “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,” her rep said in a statement. “She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Although Kutcher, 33, has been off in Brazil working on an ad campaign and partying of late, a source reveals that he is ‘deeply concerned’ about Moore. “He still cares about her and wants the best for her. But their marriage is ending and they are both moving on with their lives,” the source told People.

Kutcher returned to L.A. just as Moore was released from the hospital, according to an E! report.

Others are casting doubt on the likelihood of a speedy recovery for Moore.  “She has spiraled,” a source explained to US Magazine, “and gotten to a place where she is struggling too much to function.”
