Less than a week after Rutgers University student Dharun Ravi was found guilty of multiple charges stemming from his filming of a roommate’s intimate encounter, it appears another student might face a similar fate.
Jaryd Rudolph, a student and football player at Boston College, was arraigned Wednesday on “one count of unlawful secret recording” after he was accused of taping a couple intimately engaged, WCVB TV reports.
A junior, Rudolph was released from custody but told to steer clear of electronic media, WCVB TV reports.
An attorney representing the female victim said Rudolph was suspended from the team. She reportedly learned of the cellphone video after another member of the football team showed her the footage.
