ABC News reports that Amanda Knox’s ex-boyfriend and co-defendant in a four-year murder trial will be visiting her hometown of Seattle for a job interview as early as this week.
Raffaele Sollecito, 27, is reportedly seeking a job with a Seattle tech firm. There has been no confirmation that a meeting is planned between Sollecito, an Italian, and Knox. The pair were freed from prison last October after their convictions for murdering fellow student Meredith Kercher were overturned by an Italian court.
Apparently, the stint behind bars was enough to cool whatever romance they might have had at the time of their 2007 arrest: ABC reports that Sollecito is dating an Italian volleyball player, while Knox is in a relationship with a college friend.
