A series of disturbing tweets from rapper 50 Cent have caused concern among followers.

“I don’t think I’m gonna live much longer,” the rapper tweeted on Monday.

A barrage of fans replied to the singer’s intense statement, many wondering if he was contemplating suicide.

“To be conscious that life is short is not suicidal,” he replied the next day. “I’m good if I die tonight.”

According to Rolling Stone, 50 Cent has been caught in battle with Interscope Records over the release of his fifth studio album.

The fight, which has caused a several-year delay of his album,  may be the cause of his Twitter rant.

“I lost all the faith in the team I’m on. I have nothing left to say. I will not be promoting my music,” the rapper added.

Despite the fact that he hasn’t released his latest album, the rapper shows no signs of slowing down.

He recently released a 10-year anniversary mixtape called “The Big 10,” in celebration of the release of his first album. It was produced without the help of Interscope.

In addition to releasing a brand new energy drink called Street King, 50 Cent has been busy promoting his own line of headphones.
