McDonald’s Canada Shows You How to Make a Big Mac at Home

We may not love McDonald’s tiny little hamburgers all that much in this office, but they sure know how to market themselves. First, they brought us into their photo shoots to show why ad burgers always look much more impressive. And now? They’re telling us how to make a Big Mac at home.

Executive chef Dan Coudreaut answers the question, “What is in the sauce that is in the Big Mac?” So he decides to make a Big Mac at home, because, you know, every McDonald’s is hand-dicing their onions and mixing fresh batches of Big Mac sauce in-store.

So, here’s the recipe: Mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, classic yellow mustard, garlic powder, white wine vinegar, paprika, and onion powder. Easy, and probably safer to make it at home given all the fast-food craziness Reddit has opened our eyes to.
